  1. Where in London is your service available?

    Our service is available in all areas with an inner London post code (e.g. N16, SW7, EC1, W11…).

  2. How can I trust my trainers are in safe hands?

    We have 10 years of experience behind us and with this experience, we train all of our staff with the techniques required to clean trainers to a professional standard.

  3. Do you repair trainers?

    We do not offer a repair/restoration at the moment.

  4. What cleaning products do you use and are they safe?

    We only using cleaning products that contain natural ingredient so that it’s easy on trainers and the environment :)

  5. What does a clean include?

    The upper section of the trainer, tongue, laces, mid-sole, innersole & lining. Plus deodorising, water & stain protection treatment.

  6. What materials do you clean?

    Generally all (leather, suede, canvas, cotton mesh netting etc.) but our service is on a case by case basis.

  7. When will my trainers be returned to me?

    Depending on whether you choose the Express or Premium service, your trainers will be returned to you either 24 or 72 hours from the date of the collection. We will return your trainers to the collection address unless stated otherwise.
